Program or Project Administrator

Randstad is searching for a skilled and accomplished Program or Project Administrator who possesses a keen eye for detail and excels in their field. This role requires the ability to build and sustain strong relationships. About your new role

The Program or Project Administrator will be responsible for assisting in the development, coordination, and implementation of operational policies, guidelines, and programs to support a consistent statewide approach to conservation. Operating within a high-volume, geographically dispersed team, you will identify internal and external customer needs, deliver vital technical support, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary groups to review policy and program designs.

What you will need to exceed

• You need a strong, demonstrated knowledge of the operational and strategic requirements necessary to deliver programs within current environmental policy and legislative frameworks.
• A solid understanding of water management, biodiversity, and nature conservation issues will help you effectively contribute to multi-disciplinary program designs.
• Success relies on your ability to explain routine technical information clearly, listen respectfully to diverse audiences, and write well-structured government documents
• You will need a good grasp of planning and control methods to perform baseline research and contribute to project documentation
• You need to be comfortable gathering data, researching evidence-based recommendations, and proactively adjusting your plans and schedules when priorities shift.

• You must have sound demonstrated knowledge of the operational and strategic requirements for the successful delivery of programs within the context of current policy and legislative frameworks.
